Where do Viral Drop Club products ship from?
Many products are fulfilled by independent suppliers through Shopify Collective. That lets us offer a rotating mix of viral finds without stocking every item ourselves.
Can items from one order arrive separately?
Yes. If your order includes products from different suppliers, they may ship in separate packages and have different tracking numbers.
How much is shipping?
Available shipping options and charges are calculated at checkout based on the products in your cart and your delivery address.
Will I get tracking?
When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used at checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can request changes or cancellation before supplier fulfillment begins, but once processing or shipping has started, changes may no longer be possible.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact rackattackresale@gmail.com promptly with your order number and, when possible, photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
Do you accept returns?
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request an eligible return. Items must meet the conditions and exceptions in our Returns & Refunds policy. Contact us before sending anything back; approved returns receive a return label and instructions.
How often do you add products?
Viral Drop Club is designed to change with the trends, so new finds and restocks are added regularly while weaker products are rotated out.
